Leak detection unit LDU14 based on air overpressure for the monitoring of up to 12 underground tanks and up to 12 pipes at filling stations.
The standard version is equipped with a green operating signal lamp, a red alarm signal lamp, a flashing light on top of the housing as well as an acoustic signal and an acknowledgment button. Combined LDU14 for tanks and pipes have separate alarm signal lamps and relay contacts.
TYPES:
LDU14 T280 for tanks with a diameter of <= 2.5 meters and a minimum test pressure of the interstitial space of 400 mbar
LDU14 T330 for tanks with a diameter of <= 3.0 meters and a minimum test pressure of the interstitital space of 500 mbar
LDU14 P1.1 for pressureless pipes, e.g. filling and suction pipes
LDU14 P3.5 for pressurized pipes with a maximum feed pressure of 2.5 bar
LDU14 T280/P1.1 for tanks and pressureless pipes (suction and filling pipes)
LDU14 T330/P1.1 for tanks and pressureless pipes (suctionand filling pipes)
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
LE: remote monitoring LOD with Ethernet module
TANKS/PIPES:
Tanks with a maximum internal overlay pressure of 500 mbar and a pressure resistance of the interstitial space of 400 or 500 mbar
Suitable pipes with a pressure resistance of the interstitial space of min. 5 bar
The interstitial spaces must not be defined as Zone 0
STORED/CONVEYED PRODUCTS:
Water-polluting liquids. The (possible) explosive vapor-air mixtures (also such ones that can arise through the stored/conveyed liquids in contact with air, humidity, condensation or the materials used) must be classifiable into gas group II A to II B as well as in the temperature code T1 to T3. Examples: petrol, diesel, AdBlue.
INSTALLATION:
Installation outside the Ex area or in areas in which zone 1 does not exceed a height of 1 meter
HOUSING / IP RATE:
st-box: steel box painted / IP 54
ss-box: stainless steel box / IP 54
TEMPERATURE RANGE:
Unheated: -10 °C .. +60 °C
Heated: -40 °C .. +60 °C
PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS:
QU8/6: quick union for polyamide (PA) hose 8/6x1mm
